This efficiency has all you need to enjoy your stay, especially if you have business at the convention center. Walk to the convention center and beach.
We did not move our car the entire stay.

The property is brand new. Everything is clean and in top working condition. The pool was warm and fabulous, the large sauna was hot and soothing, the gym equipment new and functional.

Flat screen TVs are throughout the gym and lobby areas. There is a fabulous sunset view of the Bay from the pool area. There is a game room and a billiards room. Internet access on game tables in lobby and pool areas. The staff was present, friendly, and helpful.

Even though we brought our own linens, a couple of pots and pans and paper products, these accessories were available when we stayed. In fact, everything you would need to occupy a home if you dropped in for an overnight or week stay was furnished. There is an ocean view.

We wish the sofa bed were more comfortable. Even though a regular bed would take up most of the living room, it would be a worthwhile investment for a good, comfortable, night's sleep. The twin size cot in the closet was not a good substitute for two adults.

I have a small dog, but according to our rental agreement, no pets are permitted in the rental units. So, I had the extra expense of boarding my pet. Internet access in our room would have been great too, but I had no problem using my laptop in the public areas.

The owners are friendly and very accommodating. The property management staff was professional and efficient. I highly recommend this unit and building.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
