room, outdoor decks, hot tub and pool. A peaceful get-away, a perfect tranquil sanctuary for
extended family and friends, while enjoying convenient access to outdoor activities and city life
centered around La Paz. 12-minute drive to beautiful, pristine secluded beaches on the Sea of
Cortez. Property includes an additional private casita which includes one of the 4 bedrooms, a
kitchen, bath, living area and a separate patio with panoramic views.
This is our future retirement home and we put a lot of care and thought into the architectural
design, selection of amenities, and furnishings. We're listing attractive rental prices now since

panel TV, 2 well-furnished kitchens, and a firepit.

A custom 30-ft retractable glass patio door allows the living area to be blended with the beautiful
outdoors.
Maid services can be arranged for a fee.

La Paz is ensconced along the largest bay on Baja’s Sea of Cortez coast. It is noted for it’s
attractive malecon (waterfront walkway) backed by palm trees, pastel-colored buildings, nice
sunsets, easy-going pace and it’s proximity to uncrowded beaches and pristine islands.

La Paz is a historic colonial city with lots of character, yet has only begun to be discovered by
American tourists and retirees who wish to live in Mexico. La Paz is bordered by the Sea of Cortez
to the east and the Pacific Ocean on the west. The Sea of Cortez is a great place for water sports
from swimming, kayaking, wind-surfing and kiting, to fishing and scuba diving.

Main House and Casita (sleeps 6-10) $375/night .. $2400/week
50% deposit for a reservation; 3 night minimum stay.
Additional Costs: $150 cleaning fee; 10% IVA tax is also required by the city of La Paz.
Holiday weeks: Main House and Casita (sleeps 10) $3600/week (weekly rental only)
For smaller groups, ask about renting the main house without the casita for a lower price
