"All Da View" Tilloo Cay, Abaco in Bahamas

Great house on Tilloo Cay in the Abaco Islands.

If you are truly looking to "get away from it all" this is the destination you are looking for.  Tilloo Cay is about 4 miles long and has about 20 private homes on the island.  Shopping is available in nearby Hope Town or Marsh Harbour.  A boat is required.  Enjoy great snorkeling, fishing and the crystal clear waters.  The name for the house was decided by one of the construction workers comments as soon as the living area (2nd) floor was completed. He stood on it and exclaimed "you got all da view up here".  The lot is located near the top of a 50 foot hill.  The view includes the ocean to the northeast, the bight of Tilloo and Abaco Sound to Hope Town and Marsh Harbour in the West and North, and the view to the south is also over Abaco Sound over to Great Abaco Island.  The bedrooms and two full baths are on the first floor with a "great room" area on the second floor with the living, dining, kitchen areas and a 1/2 bath.  The great room has five 8' sliding doors and a picture window to enjoy the panoramic view from anywhere in the room.

The picturesque Hope Town settlement, famous for the candy striped light house, is about a 20 minute boat ride to the north. Boats are available for rent from several places in the area.

amazed at the crystal clear water and beautiful islands. The people
are friendly and helpful making this a top-notch vacation destination.
For those of you familiar with the Abaco area you will be breathtaken by the view and enjoy the solitude of staying on Tilloo Cay.

The rate is $4800/weekly for up to 6 persons, the rate for each additional guest is $200/week. (max occupancy 10)

1/2 payment required for reservation, balance is due 60 days prior to
arrival.
Payment may be made with check, money order, or through pay pal.
Any cancellation will result in deposit less 10% refunded when property is re-rented.
