Four WiFi apartments (please ignore VR's calendar at right - call us for complete up to date information), all studio suites - clean, comfortable, classy, cozy, and convenient - all set well back from the street high on a knoll in the Hollywood Hills across the street from Universal Studios attractions, offices, and studios.

Walk to Universal, New York Film Academy, short ride to Hollywood attractions.  Large living room areas, some with views, with several sleeping options available.  Full kitchens.  Bathrooms with full tile showers.  Plenty of parking - and lots of FREE gear.

Living Room -  FREE Warner Brothers media service, including true high speed internet with both WiFi and Ethernet access, cable tv, DVD player in each room.  Unlimited FREE local and nation wide telephone service. Track lighting, well stocked bookcase. Irons and ironing boards.  Full double double sliding door closets.

All apartments have queen size beds, plus full size convertible sofas. Pillows & linens changed during extended stays. 

Kitchens with full size stove and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, double porcelain sink, bistro table and chairs.  Full preparation, cooking, and serving utensils.  FREE paper towels.  FREE Kona coffee.  

Bathrooms - all have full ceramic showers, each with plenty of hot water provided by its own individual water heater, all the fresh towels and washcloths you require, hollywood vanities, FREE soap and FREE tissue.

Walk to nearby Fitness Club with pool, Starbucks, Studio Tanning, Universal. Walk, jog, run, or bike to celebrity jog spot Lake Hollywood and the Hollywood Sign.

Golf and Tennis at Toluca Lake, Lakeside, several courses in Griffith Park, Weddington Golf and Tennis, Studio City. Horses? The Equestrian Center in Burbank and the moonlight ride at Beachwood Stables in Hollywood! 

Try leaving your car in our FREE lot and walk, bike, bus, or cab to nearby Hollywood Bowl, John Ford Theater, Kodak Theater, Hollywood Walk Of Fame, Hollywood, Guinness, and Wax Museums, and the world famous Mann’s Chinese Theater entry with the unforgettable hand and foot prints of megastars set in concrete.  Your FREE local weekly newspaper lists all the hot nightclubs and upcoming events in Hollywood. 

Shop on Melrose Avenue,  downtown LA’s garment center, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, suburban centers, and exurban outlets on your way to Palm Springs and the desert, San Diego and Mexico, Santa Barbara and SanFrancisco, Las Vegas and Rocky Mountain ski resorts.

Star sighting - Close to NBC/Uni, CBS Studio City, Warner, Disney, Dreamworks, recording facilities, radio stations.  We suggest write to yourfavorite shows well ahead of your visit to get those FREE tickets, although, you never know, it is Hollywood, there's that last minute luck!

Sports: Centrally located to professional and collegesports - Lakers, Dodgers, Clippers, Sparks, southeast to USC or southwest to UCLA. Nightclubs: Hundreds of nearby clubs, and their new shows, listed in FREE local entertainment newsweekly delivered to your apartment.

No smoking permitted within apartments.  No pets.  

Lots of free parking in our lot!

Most comfortable for one or two adults, and one or two children.
