ocenfront on  the world's most famous beach and is one mile south of the pier.
- Our property is a 2 BR stand alone unit on the second floor that is not connected to any other     
unit. Bring the family and not worry about the neighbors.
- This unit has a private entrance and DOES NOT have an ocean view.
- 1800 sq. ft. fitness center located 5 steps from your door.
- Facility includes two pools, one heated.
- Washer and dryer in the unit.
- Includes full kitchen. Just bring your toothbrush and swimsuit. Perfect for the family.
- Cable TV in every room.
- One bedroom has a Queen size murphy bed and loveseat. Other bedroom has twin beds. Queen sleeper 
in the living room. Dining area with seating for six. All linens supplied.

Nov - Jan rate $1000.00 per Month
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday checkin at 3 checkout at 11
All rates subject to 12.5% tax
Departure Cleaning Fee $60.00
$200.00 Security deposit is required and returned afetr cleaning and satisfactory inspection
