The master bedroom is furnished with a pillow-top bed, satellite television, an office area and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a daybed with pop-up trundle. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals including
dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. The dining area, off of the kitchen is separated from the living room by a wrap-around fireplace.The living room is tastefully appointed with a sofa, leather armchairs, satellite television with premium and 200+ channels, DVD player, and stereo. This completely equipped apartment rental comes
with WiFi, linens & towels, and private parking.
We would like our lodging to remain a smoke-free environment. Therefore, we respectfully request that if our guests smoke, they smoke out-of-doors.

Just bring your suitcase and toothbrush. Provided are all necessary linens, towels, kitchen implements and a starter compliment of paper goods and and cleaning supplies. Though there is a lovely breeze through the apartment, air conditioners are provided for your comfort.

Prescott is conveniently located in central Arizona with easy access to a variety of scenic wonders and recreational activities. Only 95 miles from Phoenix, Prescott boasts of winter highs in the fifties and summers with temperatures rarely exceeding ninety. At an elevation of 5200 feet Prescott's evening temperatures are pleasantly cool.
