Vacation Rental Description

         Enjoy the serenity and cool breezes of  this lovely beach house at the end of the 
road.  Have breakfast or dinner on the back deck watching the boats go by, the tide 
coming in & out,   July 4th fireworks! and absolutely beautiful sunsets!!  Fall asleep to the 
crickets chirping and the soft sound of ocean waves.  This can be your island vacation 
retreat away from the hustle & bustle. The public beach is just a mile away for swimming. 
6 miles of  wildlife refuge beckons at the southern end of the island for long beach walks, 
discovering purple veins of sand, biking, bird watching, fishing and shell collecting.  Try a 
hearty breakfast @ Mad Martha's right on the island. The best seafood is on the way to 
town @ Bob's roadside shack. Historic downtown Newburyport is just minutes off the 
island offering some of the best fine dining, nightlife, theater, movies and quaint shops in 
New England. From the harbor you can go whale watching, sea kyaking or cruise the 
beautiful Newburyport waterfront and open ocean on a 48' catamaran. 
       The house sleeps 4 comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, a front & back deck 
with views of the basin, marsh & the Merrimack River. Hardwood floors & a bay window in 
the living room.  Off street parking for 2 cars. Boston is a 45 min. drive or train ride, 
Portsmouth is just ½ hr. away.
       You don't have to travel far from Boston to kick back and let ocean breezes, plenty of 
sea, sky & sand relax and enchant you.
