side tucked into a finger canal just off the bay. The home was custom 
built in 2008 and has a new dock and a boat lift if you would like to 
bring your boat or jet ski.NO PETS AND NO SMOIKING

snorkeling, boating or just simply want to get away and relax, Key 
Largo is the place to vacation. Enjoy a barbeque on the back deck or a 
beautiful sunset on your private sun deck upstairs. There is also fine 
dining, shopping and local attractions minutes away. 
 
We offer guide services while you vacation with us. If you are 
interested in flats fishing or offshore fishing our captains will pick 
you up right at your rental home dock and return you to the dock at 
the end of the fishing day. We also offer bass fishing in the Florida 
everglades and airboat rides .

Our Rates 
Our custom home is available for weekly, monthly, or seasonal rental 
year round. The home has a master bedroom with 2 guest bedrooms. 
 
 
 
Rent as a master suite with two guest bedrooms, full rental, sleeps 6 
 
Rates: 
November 1st, 2008 thru April 30th, 2009 weekend rates: $ 1000.00 
November 1st, 2008 thru April 30th, 2009 weekly rates: $ 1500.00 
November 1st, 2008 thru April 30th, 2009 monthly rates: $4500.00 
May 1st 2009 thru October 31st, 2009 weekend rates: $ 1000.00 
May 1st 2009 thru October 31st, 2009 weekly rates: $ 1500.00 
May 1st 2009 thru October 31st, 2009 monthly rates: $ 4000.00 
 
 
Notes: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
Rates also change during holidays and lobster season. Please contact 
us for those rates. There is a non- refundable cleaning fee of $ 
150.00 all other taxes and service fees are include in rates. Electric 
and water will have a cap of $ 100.00 per week all seasons.
