Vacation Rental Description

Fully furnished upper unit apartment, one-half block from Venice 
Beach. Fifteen minutes from LAX,  
twenty-five minutes from Hollywood.  We are located on a quiet, 
no-vehicle "walk street" in a  
neighborhood with many restaurants, bike and skate rental shops and 
other retail stores for  
shopping.  
 
The apartment has a living area with a sofa/ foldout double bed, a 
bedroom with double bed, bathroom  
with tub/shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. (No smoking, please.)

Activities and Attractions

Sunbathing, rollerskating, bikeriding, antique shopping, and even a 
nearby fishing pier.  Located  
near the center of the vibrant Venice Boardwalk, the area is alive 
with street performers and  
shoppers.  The famous Venice Canals, the interior walk streets, and 
the shops and restaurants of  
trendy Abbot Kinney Blvd. and Main Street are only a short walk. Close 
to Public Transportation you  
can be in Santa Monica by bus ten minutes after leaving the apartment. 
 If you like more strenuous  
exercise, there are lots of yoga studios, gyms, and a golf course only 
minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Rates November 1,2008 - March 15, 2009 
$125 per night 
$100  per night with a three night minimum 
$600  for seven-night stay 
$2400 for one month 
 
$50 cleaning fee 
1/3 deposit, paid through PayPal, is required, refundable up to two 
weeks prior to reserved  
arrival.  Balance is due, in full, paid through PayPal two weeks prior 
to reserved arrival date.
