4 bedrooms, 1 King bed in master, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one with bunk beds, Futon on 3rd floor 
in playroom, attic.
Fully furnished with all modern appliances, gourmet kitchen, Wolf Gas Stove and more.
Dock with boats, kayaks, canoe, Laser sailboat, swim dock with slide and diving board. A paradise for a 
family in summer. Hobie Power Skiff with 50HP may be available-ask.
House keeping included on Thursdays
Big lawn, screened in porch with dining table, deck chairs, gas and charcoal BBQs, gardens and lots of 
nature. LOONS and other Wildlife included at no charge.
Fans in all bedrooms, no air conditioning! we get that in winter for free! 
Floating wood burning sauna included.

Near by we have State Parks and Conservation land with trails for hiking, horses, biking and more. We 
have rivers, ponds and lakes and the ocean. Penobscot Bay is one of the jewels of the world for 
sailing and boating activities. The coastline is one of the finest in the world, beaches, islands, 
rivers and more.
There are public tennis courts nearby, biking is fantastic, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, world 
class golf courses and local 9 hole courses. culture- there is plenty to do and see and hear. Lots of 
great Museums, Libraries, Concerts and Air Shows, country fairs, antique shops and the list goes on. 
How about a day sail on a coastal schooner? A helicopter tour or scenic airplane flight?
We also specialize in Relaxing ! We have some great restaurants in the area, fresh organic foods at 
farmers markets, of course we have an abundance of lobsters (Lobstahs) and seafood locally caught and 
more.

Summer/Fall 2008 Rates are $4500 per week plus a 7% Maine State Sales Tax
Most rentals periods are 1 week- Saturday to Saturday
