I am very excited to offer you this 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Beach-Side home, just 2 blocks from the Beach, restaurants and shops in Daytona Beach, Florida. This property was recently renovated and tropically furnished with comfortable, tasteful furniture. There are 4 Beds: 2 King, 1 Queens and 1 Full.  There is also a sofa couch in formal living room that may become a queen bed.  There are 5 Tv's (one in each bedroom and in the family room).   There is a full kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate 6 people.   The formal dining room accommodates 8 persons as well.

Stunning and fun is the best way to describe the backyard, with a Huge  Pool, Wooden Deck, Tiki Bar, Fire Pit and Gas Bar B Que Pit for your outdoor enjoyment. You can even hear the ocean at night, while you relax and enjoy  the inground pool and hottub.   Beat the heat with the Air Conditioning System and 6 ceiling fans.

There is WiFi for your internet use.

The Beach is AWESOME.   There are also lots of attractions, Fishing, Jet Skiing, Para Sailing, Free Live Music, Food, Shopping etc, plus Disney, Kennedy Space Center, is only 1 hour away.

The house is 2000 square feet, so there is ample space inside. There is truly a Tropical Feel, with a Large  Pool, Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Tiki style dining area with a Gas BBQ, a wooden deck with lots of Lizards, Birds, Squirrels who enjoy putting on a show ever so often. There is also a Stereo System for your indoor/outdoor entertainment. There are lots of Books and Games along with Coupon books for restaurants and attractions. We wish to thank you for the most memorable vacation ever. This was our first visit to Daytona Beach but definitely not the last. The house was simply marvellous and the furniture was really comfortable. The kids could not stay out of the pool. Thanks for suggesting we visit with the Manatees and Dolphins, we enjoyed it very much. You will be seeing us again.

A $500. security deposit reserves your vacation dates and is refundable within 15 business days of your departure.  The deposit may be made payable with a personal check, credit card through PayPal or with a cashier's check or money order.

The balance of the nightly fee and cleaning fee would be due 60 days prior to your arrival payable with a cashier's check or credit card through PayPal with fees.
