furnished. The home sleeps up to 7. The back of the property is
accessible also by an alley where additional private, off street
parking is available on a concrete driveway. The beach area has
porta potties and lifeguard located there. This home is located on
the south end of the island; not far from the lighthouse circle
making it 5 minutes to the bridge connecting to Harrah's, The
Borgata & Trump Marina Hotels & Casinos in Atlantic City.

This 2 bedroom unit has a covered front porch. It is furnished and
has a microwave,coffee maker, stocked kitchen, gas grill, cable tv,
stereo, window air conditioners, sleeper sofa in living room, bunk
beds, private off street parking in the rear of the building
accessed by an alley.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed. Walking distance from the
beach, restaurants & activities listed below.

Enjoy the sun and beach which have a life gaurd. In Brigantine you
may drive on the beach by permit in designated areas. There is a
skateboard park, "The Links" golf course, public tennis & bocci
courts, historical museum, gazebo, summer concert series, public
boat ramp, giant nature reserve, observation deck, 3 city
playgrounds, designated beaches for surfing, catamaran, jet skiing,
kite flying & kayaking. Plenty of surf fishing & charters. The
island of Brigantine is totally self contained. There are quality
restaurants and beach bars also.
If you venture off the island, you are 5 minutes to Atlantic City
entertainment mecca of the east. The city offers 5 star
restaurants, world famous boardwalk, the hot new "Quarter" at the
Tropicana, convention center, Atlantic City Surfs minor league
baseball, "The Walk" outlet shopping, the upscale shops and
restaurants at "The Pier at Caesars", trains to Philadelphia, world
class entertainment & of course casino gambling.
Ocean City is approximately 30 minutes away. Many close by
attractions are within 30 minutes - Renault Winery, Historic
Smithville Village, golfing, shopping malls, outlets, Story Book
Land and more!

The Summer season June-Early September we rent minimum by the week
from Saturday 2PM to Saturday 10AM the following week. Stays can,
of course, be longer than a week. Rental rates vary from $495/week
to $895/week depending on which week you want to rent. Call or E-
