perfect suited for serene evening strolls.
It is in a small neighborhood of only 11 homes with their own private
park. The home
has a lovely back garden with a flowering arbor and fountains.
Non-smoking property - No party types only. Must be considerate, respectful and treat this special home, filled with art & antiques, like your own.

$500 security deposit for weekly rentals
$1000 security deposit for monthly rentals
$2300 security deposit for rentals of 4 months or more

10.5% occupancy tax on weekly rentals. No tax on rentals for 31 days or more!
50% DOWN TO CONFIRM within 7 days of reservation.
