$900 per week
Daily Rate (3 night minimum) $200 per night
Holiday weeks are $1400 per week

$2600 monthly or
$2300 monthly (minimum 4 months - Call for additional terms for multiple month rentals).
SPRING/SUMMER
Spring & Summer rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
$1200 week May 16 thru June 4
$1400 per week June 4 thru Sept 5
$500 security deposit for 3 night & weekly rentals
$1000 security deposit for monthly rentals
$2300 security deposit for rentals of 4 months or more
$500 pet deposit - pets on a case by case basis.
$100 cleaning service fee
50% DOWN TO CONFIRM within 7 days of reservation.
