Charming & Private House with 3 Courtyards, nestled in the foothills of Olde
Carlsbad. Within walking distance to the charming village of
Carlsbad-by-the-Sea, with its small town ambiance but with today's chic boutiques, nightspots, and upscale dining! Plus the BEACH is only 8 blocks away-a 3 minute drive.
It is in a small community of only 11 homes with it's own private park.
The home has a lovely back garden with a flowering arbor and fountains.
Non-smoking property - Non party types only. Must be considerate, respectful and treat this special home, filled with art & antiques, like your own. At least one renter need to be at least 25 years of age.
Pets on a case-by-case basis. No pets are accepted during the summer months, though.

$400 security deposit for weekly rentals
$1000 security deposit for monthly rentals
$2000 security deposit for rentals of 4 months or more Fall-Spring
$125 cleaning service fee
Pet deposit $500 - pets on a case-by-case basis (no pets during summer months)
 10% Occupancy Tax - No tax on rentals for 31 days or more!
50% DOWN TO CONFIRM within 7 days of reservation.
Balance is due 2 wks prior to arrival.
