Charming & Private House with 3 Courtyards, nestled in the foothills of Olde
Carlsbad. Within walking distance to the charming village of
Carlsbad-by-the-Sea, with its small town ambiance but with today's chic boutiques, nightspots, and upscale dining! Plus the BEACH is only 8 blocks away-a 3 minute drive.
It is in a small community of only 11 homes with it's own private park.
The home has a lovely back garden with a flowering arbor and fountains.
No Pets. Non-smoking property - Non party types only. Must be considerate, respectful and treat this special home, filled with art & antiques, like your own. At least one renter need to be at least 25 years of age.

The alcove-3rd bedroom (with Daybed) is adjacent/attached to the second bedroom. You have to go thru the second bedroom to use the bathroom. This bathroom has a jetted 2-person Spa tub. This is the "Hot Tub" that is mentioned in the description.
