Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are all within a few minutes walk from the house. Quick groceries can be found at the 7 Eleven ¼ mile away, or a full service grocery store is just ½ mile South.
Trolley stops both North and Southbound are seconds walk from the house. Catch the trolley to see the island or head to Bonita Springs, for a quarter a ride per person. Please note that this home is a nonsmoking home and a pet free home as well.

The bright, large, open living room overlooks Estero Blvd. and Mid Island Drive. Watch the daily happenings of beach life and take in the slower pace of island living, while reconnecting with your family and friends. Catch up on the days events on the TV or curl up with a good book. Adjacent to the living room is a roomy, screened in lanai where you can enjoy cool, bug free evenings. For

Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room or at the outdoor sitting area in the yard. The fully equipped modern kitchen will appeal to even the most discriminating of cooks. It’s complete with all appliances, including a dishwasher, along with all cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. All
you need are the groceries; the rest has been provided for you.
At the end of the day retreat to the two bedrooms for a peaceful nights rest. The master bedroom is complete with a queen size bed, large walk through closet and full private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a separate full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a queen
size sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping area if needed. While this home will accommodate 6 persons, the owners have set the maximum occupancy limit at 4 persons total.
