need is provided including Linens, Dishware and even two very comfortable napping chairs on the  
patio.  The Condo over looks the golf course and a small pond and is only 100 yards from the  
intercoastal and the marina.  Very peaceful cul-de-sac and friendly neighbors.  Brand new marble  
floors in the kitchen and living room and new carpet in bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been  
completely redone.  Master has a king and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. We also have boat storage  
for a 20ft boat and the Marina has slips available for your use.
