Vacation Rental Description

Two-story townhouse (960 square feet) with two master bedrooms.
First bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed and bathroom with a shower.  
Second bedroom (same size) has an equally comfortable queen-sized bed, a pullout sofa bed, and a 
bathroom with tub and shower.
Living room has an L-shaped couch big enough to sleep two people.

This townhouse is adorably decorated with all dishes, towels, and utensils necessary to move right 
in!  Satellite cable, DVD players, and wireless internet (must bring own laptop computer).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Townhouse has large grassy area out the front door and a patio for relaxing in the back.

Quiet, small, park-like community includes a pool (not heated), jacuzzi, and two tennis courts.  
Because the community is small, the amenities are VERY close to unit!

Two parking spaces available right outside unit for easy access and unloading!

Unbelievably great location for anything you would want to do in the Phoenix area!  
Townhouse is located just off I-10 and Elliot (cross-section of I-10 and US 60 freeways).

10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.
15 minutes from downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe.
Desirable Ahwatukee location with great dining.
1/2 mile from South Mountain for hiking or mountain biking (largest city park in the country).
30 minute drive to FBR Open and/or Barrett-Jackson auction.

Easy access to spring training games, professional and college sporting events, casino gambling, 
museums, theater, dining, movies, shopping and golf!

Approximate drive time to area destinations:  Sedona 2 hours/Flagstaff 2 hours/Grand Canyon 3.5 
hours/Tucson 1.5 hours/Las Vegas 4.5 hours/Los Angeles 5 hours/San Diego 6 hours/Rocky Point, Mexico 
4 hours.

Vacation Rental Rates

May-September:  $125.00/night (3 night minimum)
                $700.00/week
                $1,400.00/month

October-April:  $175.00/night (3 night minimum)
                $1050.00/week
                $2,200.00/month

Non-refundable cleaning fee of $110.00 per rental.

Payments made through Paypal using major credit cards.
Certified checks also considered.

Deposit of $300.00 due for all bookings with remaining amount due 45 days prior to arrival.  If 
booked within 45 days of arrival, payment in full due upon reservation.  $300.00 deposit will not be 
returned for cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival.
