This house is newly renovated and adorably decorated with all the dishes, towels, bedding, and utensils necessary to move right in! Satellite cable and DVD player included, along with a full sized washer and dryer in garage.  The large yard includes a gas grill and two patio sets.

Large park within walking distance includes a children's playground, as well as sand volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts.

Deposit of $300.00 due for all bookings with remaining amount due 45
days prior to arrival. If booked within 45 days of arrival, payment in full due upon
reservation. $300.00 deposit will not be returned for cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival.
