Riverfront Home on the Big Deschutes - Near Mt. Bachelor in Bend

This beautiful two bedroom two bath home sits on the bank of the Big Deschutes River where you can fish right outside your back door. The rooms are large with comfortable queen size beds. There is a murphy bed in the living room area as well so it will sleep 6 comfortably. We have a dock to moor a small fishing boat, canoe, kayak, or raft. The property setting is beautiful with pine trees, wildlife, and approximately 80' of river frontage. Enjoy the fabulous views from the upper level of the home which has a nice deck with a barbeque grill. The house is an easy 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. It is 4 miles south of Sunriver and 20 miles south of Bend.

The house has been recently furnished with brand new
furnishings, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully
stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, microwave, electric range &
oven, etc. There is currently no dishwasher though and washing
dishes must be done the old fashioned way, by hand. You can
barbeque on the stainless steel grill on the upper deck while
enjoying the views.

This area is considered the recreation capital of the northwest
where there are numerous outdoor activities. There are approximately
20 top rated beautiful golf courses in the area, along with great
mountain biking areas, hiking, shopping, horseback riding, dirt bike
riding parks, snowmobiling, fishing, boating (5 mph limit on river), river
floating, lots of nearby lakes for water skiing, ice skating, and of
course, world class snow skiing at Mt. Bachelor which is
approximately 15 miles away. This is truly a summer and winter
wonderland of fun things to do.

There are several great restaurants located throughout the area.
Sun River is approximately 4 miles away where you can enjoy
horseback riding, shopping, eating, riding bikes, golfing,
and they have a nice marina where you can rent a boat or canoe.
Sunriver also has a couple bike shops in the village where you can
rent a bike for a small fee.
