Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful two story retreat home sits on the bank of the Big 
Deschutes River where you can fish right outside your back door. 
There is a dock to moor a small fishing boat, canoe, kayak, or 
raft.  The property setting is beautiful with lots of pine trees and 
approximately 80' of Big Deschutes River frontage. The house is 
conveniently located approximately 20 miles from Mt. Bachelor Ski 
Resort.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and the great room, 
kitchen and dining areas are located on the second story. The Master 
bedroom has a queen size bed, sofa and full bathroom.  The guest 
bedroom has a full size bed, sofa, TV and is very large and roomy.  
There is also a queen size Murphy bed located in the great room. All 
rooms are large and cozy.  There is Satellite T.V. with DVD player 
located in the great room and guest bedroom. Enjoy the fabulous 
views from the upper level of the home which has a nice deck and a 
stainless steel barbeque grill. 
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The entire house has been recently furnished with all brand new 
furnishings, including a washer and dryer.  The kitchen is fully 
stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, microwave, electric range & 
oven, etc.  There is currently no dishwasher though and washing 
dishes must be done the old fashioned way, by hand.  You can 
barbeque on the stainless steel grill on the upper deck while 
enjoying the views.  

Activities and Attractions

This area is considered the recreation capital of the northwest 
where there are numerous outdoor activities. There are approximately 
20 top rated beautiful golf courses in the area, along with great 
mountain biking areas, hiking, shopping, horseback riding, dirt bike 
riding parks, snowmobiling, boating (5 mph limit on river), river 
floating, lots of nearby lakes for water skiing, ice skating, and of 
course, world class snow skiing at Mt. Bachelor which is 
approximately 15 miles away.  This is truly a summer and winter 
wonderland of fun things to do.  

There are several great restaurants located throughout the area.  
Sun River is approximately 4 miles away where you can enjoy 
horseback riding, shopping, eating, riding bikes, and golfing.
