The newly designed interior  is classy and comfortable.  Ample seating throughout the living room  
area allows for conversation and  relaxing while enjoying the panoramic ocean, island, and city  
views.   Dark hardwood floors are contrasted with elegant and simple furniture. A cozy fireplace  
adds  
atmosphere as the twilight fades and your evening begins. 
 
The master bedroom feels like a hotel suite, with beautiful views from the foot of your King size  
bed.  The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, and a spacious separate shower.  The bathroom  
fixtures  
are of the highest quality and craftsmanship. 
 
There is no lessening  in experience for  those using the other two bedrooms.  Both are furnished  
with fine linens, and have private separate bathrooms.  They also have great views from the sliding  
glass doors to the deck outside. 
 
The kitchen is first class, with a Bertazzoni range and Bosch dishwasher.  It is well  
designed for cooking while entertaining.  The large granite counter tops offer plenty of space for  
setting a buffet, or quick dining at the kitchen counter.  A round dining table off the kitchen  
allows for great socializing at the end of each busy day in Santa Barbara. 
 
Relax outside in the brand new six person spa.   Located on a beautiful sandstone patio, it is  
perfectly situated to enjoy sunsets and city views.  A bubbling fountain adds ambiance to the  
setting.  This patio is also the gateway to the winding path which explores the natural gardens  
nestled among the mature and sculpted oak trees. 
 
Riviera Retreat is near all that Santa Barbara has to offer.  State Street, the heart of downtown  
Santa Barbara, is an easy 7 minute drive.  Milpas Street, a 5 minute drive, has dining, groceries,  
shopping and a Trader Joe's Market.  One of Santa Barbara's best beaches, East Beach, is another 2  
minutes down Milpas Street.  Beach chairs and toys are provided for your use.
