Vacation Rental Description

Sharp South Haven Condo in a very quiet park like setting!  1 bedroom 1 bath condominium with small  
deck and patio area for barbecuing.  Association pool, tennis court including playground equipment  
within the condominium complex. Lake Michigan beach access just a short walk away. Large common areas  
and just minutes to downtown and Kal-Haven bike/walking trail. 
The facility is not child proof nor handi-cap accessible.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This newly renovated cozy, condominium has a brand new fully furnished IKEA kitchen with  
stainless IKEA fridge and cooktop! All new light fixtures, new carpet and paint throughout.  
Cable TV.   
Bath has shower/tub. All towels and bedding included. 
Bedroom has 1 Full size bed  with door and 1 Full size Futon in living room creating two private  
sleeping areas.  
Charcoal grill/cooler.

Activities and Attractions

South Haven has many attractions and festivals throughout the year, including Harborfest, June 12-15,  
July 4th Fireworks Festival, Blueberry Festival August 7-10, and Icebreaker Festival in Jan/Feb. 
Bring your bikes and ride into town or ride the Kal-Haven trail, take a stroll along our beautiful  
sandy beaches or visit the local shops or farmers market in the downtown area.

Vacation Rental Rates

May - September  $750.00 per week or $125.00 per day 
October - April (Off Season) 
$100.00 per day 
$500.00 weekly 
$1000.00 monthly 
Check in time is 04:00pm 
Check out time is 11:00am 
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the condo. The rest is due upon check in. 
Cancellation policy:  After booking, if cancelled before date of check in, full deposit will be  
forfeited.   
There is no additional charge for cleaning at this time.
