pool, the game room, or your covered parking spot. The patio opens directly onto the pool deck for
easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. (Schooners Restaurant is just 100 yards away and
St. Andrews State Park and Captain Anderson's Restaurant are within walking distance.)The master
bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath, walk-in closet, 26” flat-screen TV, DVD player, and
access to the patio. The second bedroom also has king-size bed, a private bath, a TV, and a VCR. The
upscale kitchen contains GE Profile appliances and barstool seating, adjacent to the eight-person
dining area. A pair of twin beds is discreetly located behind folding doors off the dining area. The
living room has a sleeper sofa, 42” flat-screen TV, and DVD player, in addition to a cable modem. A
Whirlpool washer and dryer are located in the unit.
