This Courtyard Home is Brand New Built May 2008 and is a Smoke Free Environment. Available Weekly,
Monthly, or Annually Renting ( also possible for partial weekly rental, inquire with me )
Rates change with the season.
June 1st thru July 31st $800.00 a Week; $ 2600.00 a Month
August 1st thru September 30th $750.00 a Week; $ 2200.00 a Month
October 1st thru November 30th $950.00 a Week; $ 2900.00 a Month
December 1st thru April 30th $1050.00 a Week; $ 3200.00 a Month
May 1st thru May 31st $850.00 a Week; $ 2700.00 a Month
Also Availble Daily Rental @ $175 to $200.00 a Day
3-Day rental is available, inquire with me.
All Rental Stays Include: Electric (up to $200.00 on a month's stay. Over this amount it will come
out of your deposit, Trash Removal(Tuesday & Friday) Phone, Cable TV (HBO, ESPN,
Music), Wireless High Speed Internet, Lawn Service, Gas Grill Propane

Pets are welcome, if you wish to take them on your Vacation @ $25.00 a Week Fee will be charged.
(Any Damages to the Property the Guest are Responsible for all repairs)
