This Courtyard Home is Brand New Built May 2008 and is a Smoke Free Environment. In keeping it a Smoke Free any residule signs of  (Ciggaretts butts or Cigar butts in and around the property Will incurr the cost to clean it up. This will be deducted from your deposit. ( could cost from $50.00 to $100.00)

Rates change with the season.

June 1st thru September 30th $650.00 a Week; $ 1800.00 a Month
October 1st thru November 30th $650.00 a Week; $ 1800.00 a Month
December 1st thru April 30th $850.00 a Week; $ 2200.00 a Month
May 1st thru May 31st $850.00 a Week; $ 3200.00 a Month

All Rental Stays Include: With this GREAT RATE, your only cost will be Electricity for the time you stay. Over the time you stay, the meter will be read and computed to your usage and it will come out of your deposit, Trash Removal(Tuesday & Friday) Phone, Cable TV, Lawn Service, Gas Grill Propane

Also required Florida Sales Tax @6.5% and Port St.Lucie Tourist Tax of5%

 Cleaning Cost:3 Day Stay-Partial Cleaning Fee of $75.00.Up to Two weeks stay $100.00, Two weeks to a Month $125.00.

Over a Month stay cleaning is $150.00  Courtyard Cleaning can cost $50.00 if not maintained

$300 to $500 Security Deposit for Two weeks or less, Over a Month of time is $ 1,0000.00 is Required upon 

Booking. All Security Deposit are Refundable in Full. UNLESS there is damage to the home and or missing items the
repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

**Regardiing Smoking on the Property any residule of butts or damage to the property there will be additional cost to clean up or repair the damages.
Pets are welcome, if you wish to take them on your Vacation @ $25.00 to $50.00 a Week Fee will be charged.
(Any Damages to the Property the Guest are Responsible for all repairs)
