bedrooms and a 3 bedroom in-law available. An open private courtyard with patio on the interior of 
the living space and oceanfront with private beach is on the property's edge with views of wonderful 
sunsets over Buzzards Bay. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen and a large atrium dining room. 
The master suite with a beautiful fireplace overlooks the main living area and Buzzards Bay drenched 
with views from the expansive floor to ceiling windows to the ocean.

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 futton (main house). Washer/dryer, 
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, two large TVs with built in DVD/VCR, Wi-Fi, phone, 
cable, stereo, three fireplaces, patios, off-street parking for over 6 cars. This entire property 
has 7 bedrooms with 4 baths. The unique design allows it to be rented with just the main home (4 
BR/3 BA) or as a whole (7 BR/4 BA).

Activities and Attractions

Marion is a quaint seaside village on Buzzards Bay without the crowds and traffic of the Cape. Local 
amenities include lovely Silver Shell Beach just minutes by car, golf, sailing, kayaking, antiquing, 
fishing and more. Or, just stay put and enjoy the huge patio and yard, collect beautiful sea glass 
on your private beach just steps away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2500 for the four-bedroom main house and $4,000 if the adjoining 3BR guest house is also rented. 
June through September (weekly rentals only), October through May (three night minimum ($150 per 
night).
