of Manhattan in the low 70's
between 1st and second Avenues. 4th floor of an
elevator building. It has new TV security system and brand new
bathroom. The living room has a couch amd a full-size futon also. Air conditioning.

vacation rental rates
Daily rate is $140. Weekly rentals available, but sometimes can be
flexible on days depending on
availability a $40 cleaning fee is applied to all stays. 3 night
minimum.
Higher rates may apply on holiday weekends.
20% deposit required at time of reservation in the form of bank
check,paypal, or personal check (subject to clearing). Balance due on day of
arrival, paid by cash or travelers checks, US Dollars
20% cancellation fee if cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival
date.
Full forfeiture of deposit if cancelled less than 10 days prior to
arrival date.
