Quiet one bedroom short term rental apt available on Upper east side of Manhattan in the low 70's  
between 1st and second Avenues. 4th floor of an  
elevator building. It has new TV security system and brand new bathroom. The couch pulls out to a  
full size bed. Air conditioning.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, Aero bed available.Apartment is close to major subway and bus lines,  
  On-street parking is usually  
available. Easy access to taxis, one minute from a door-to-door  
limousine service.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rentals available from Friday to Friday, but sometimes can be flexible on days depending on  
availability. $190/night, plus a $40 cleaning fee.  4 night minimum.    
Higher rates may apply on holiday weekends. 
 
50% deposit required at time of reservation in the form of bank  
check or personal check (subject to clearing).  Balance due on day of  
arrival, paid by cash or travelers checks, US Dollars 
15% cancellation fee if cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival  
date.  
Full forfeiture of deposit if cancelled less than 10 days prior to  
arrival date.
