Extra sleeping area available on the couch or by additional queen
airbeds we can provide (additional $25/week/queen bed if you have
additional guests.

provided. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc.
Cable television, stereo, full size couch, leather chairs, formal
dining with marble top table.
5 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. Marinas only a few
minutes away on the water for lake enthusiasts.

Vacation Rental Rates
Please inquire regarding special dates or extended stays. Otherwise,
rates are as follows:
January-February: $900/week OR $200/night with 3 night minimum
March-April: $1000/week OR $200/night with 3 night minimum
May-August: $1100/week OR $250/night with 3 night minimum
September-December: $1000/week OR $200/night with 3 night minimum
Nascar Spring Race at Bristol Motor Speedway: $2000/week
Nascar Fall Race at Bristol Motor Speedway: $2000/week
$300 refundable security deposit required for any stay. Mailed via
USPS within 5 days of checkout.
$75 cleaning fee for any stay ($100 if pets are staying)
