Master has queen, full in BR2 and two twin in BR3. Sleeps 6. We ask that you supply your own linens (keeps rental cost down). Conveniently located across from the new recreation center and short walk to golf course. Great neighborhood for bike riding.

Harris Teeter grocery store at entrance and playground with carousel on main street. Hourly shuttle to the beach in season. 05/27 – 9/06 $1600/week or $265 per night
After Labor Day or before Memorial Day weekend $175 per night/$1000 per week.
Three night stay minimum.
Less than one week stays add $100 cleaning fee.
RENTAL FEE INCLUDES ALL POOL FEES AND CLEANING
Bi-weekly, Monthly, 6-month, 1-year rentals possible also. Rates are negotiable.
