national forest, you can warm your toes by the fireplace while
taking in the captivating views of the Rockies.

View wildlife, mountain bike or hike right out the front door. Fish
in the crystal clear waters of the Blue River just moments away.

Silverthorne is a charming mining town, complete with all of the
modern amenities, located on the winding sparkling Blue River at
Interstate 70, seventy miles west of Denver.

The retreat is centrally located between Breckenridge, Keystone,
Copper Mountain and A-Basin ski resorts.

skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin and the
many local Nordic centers are all within a quick ten to twenty
minutes.

Rates:

Full Season Rental $15,000 plus utilities

Rent from 1 November through April! Owner will use from 3/14 through 4/3.

Summer (Jun 13 - Sep 18): $1600 $250 NT
Spring & Fall (May  - Jun 12, Sep 19 - Nov 13) $1400/wk, $225/nt

 
Cleaning Fee $150 per visit.

Damage Deposit, Payment, Pet, & Cancellation Policies and

Damage Deposit: $900 damage deposit is due within seven days of booking; and will be refunded
withing seven days of departure, barring damage to property.

Payment: Rent, in full, due thirty days prior to arrival.

45 days or more prior to arrival date: full refund of damage deposit, less $75 processing fee
30 to 45 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund of deposit, less $75 processing fee
Within 30 days of arrival date: No refund available**
**If we are able to rebook the property, then we will refund your rent, up to the amount of the
rebooking, and 50% of your damage deposit, less $75 processing fee

Pets: allowed upon approval, with additional non-refundable $100 per pet deposit/cleaning fee
