Spanish Market, Indian Market, Christmas, New Year, Fiesta, Wine/Chili Fiesta:  $300 per night w/tax

No cleaning fee with 3 night or longer stay. 5 nights required for Spanish Market, Indian Market, 
Christmas, New Year, Fiesta, Wine/Chili Fiesta.

10% discounts for AAA, AARP, RCI, military, government, seniors (60 and older).  Additional 10% 
discount for 7 nights or more.  50% discounts for monthly stays (no tax).
