Vacation Rental Description

Hank's Place is a beautiful 1 bedroom cottage with a complete renovation finished in February  
2008. The decor was heavily influenced by the owners love of the caribbean: bright colors, full of  
light, very alive, welcoming and fun. The perfect Laguna beach house! 
    The bedroom is equipped with a california king size bed complete with a feather bed, down  
comforter and luxurious 1000 thread count sheets for your comfort. The kitchen is fully furnished  
and was updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and new cabinets. The bathroom has  
all new fixtures and a gorgeous extra large shower with two shower heads. One of the bedrooms has  
been converted to a TV lounge (the couch is large and makes a very comfortable extra bed for 2  
children if needed). The den has been converted to a full bar complete with four white leather bar  
chairs and a 42 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV.  
    There are 2 refinished gas fireplaces; one in the livingroom and the other in the bedroom. Both  
the bedroom and livingroom also have 42 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV's.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large front patio with furniture and bar-b-que. Outdoor heated shower to rinse off the beach  
sand and salt. 42 inch flat-screen TV's mounted in all rooms except the bathroom with surround sound  
throughout the house. Full kitchen including microwave, gas stove and oven, coffee maker and  
toaster. 2 gas fireplaces, one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom. Washer and dryer, iron and  
ironing board, hair dryer. All linens, towels, and beach towels provided. Cable TV and music with  
all movie channels and On-Demand included. Wireless hi-speed internet available. Beach chairs and a  
2 person kayak available for use. Off the street parking. Room service available from K'ya  
Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Activities and Attractions

Hank's Place is ideally located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway, walking distance from  
Laguna's downtown village. We are just next door (connecting patio door) to the ever popular El  
Ranchito Mexican Restaurant, and across the street from Orange Counties most famous place to see and  
be seen: The Rooftop Bar and K'ya Restaurant in the historic La Casa Del Camino hotel.  
   The beach, (a mere one minute walk out the back door and down the stairs) is one of the best  
Laguna has to offer, with beautiful coves and soft sand. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, surfing,  
snorkeling, skim boarding, boogie boarding and beautiful California sunsets on the beach. 
   Located within a few blocks of great shopping, restaurants, art galleries, day spas, nail and  
hair salons, a fitness center, grocery store, liquer store, and a video rental store.  
   Laguna Beach offers a free trolley service within the city during the summer months. Come to see  
the famous Pageant of the Masters, Laguna's weekly art walks, Art A Fair, summer art festivals,  
golfing, tennis, and the list goes on...

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1 through August 30: $450 per night or $2600 per week (7 days, 6 nights) 
September through May: $350 per night or $2000 per week (7 days, 6 nights) 
 
**3 night minimum**  
 
50% deposit of full rental amount upon booking, with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival 
Security Deposit: $400 
Cleaning fee: $120 
 
Cancel Policy: Full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total stay refunded if cancelled  
within 30 days of arrival.
