This brand new 2008 luxury villa sits on a pretty, well landscaped
lot set at the end of a quiet cul-
de-sac and only a short walk to the beach.
Manasota Key beach is well known for collecting shark�s teeth,
fabulous sunsets and a place to
relax.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and fishing poles are provided. Major
stores and restaurants are a
few minutes drive away.
Professional flower arrangements, paintings, and fine drapes bring
color into the rooms to enjoy.

The pool is West facing for those spectacular sunsets and offers
complete privacy. A BBQ is provided
for outside dining and everything you need to enjoy the Florida
lifestyle. One of the many upgrades
is a quality CD/Radio system in every room as well as poolside.
All bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans.
There are two family rooms furnished with quality sofas and love
seats.
