and just a short walk to the village of Coronado's shopping and dining. This comfortable and private  
carriage house is approximately 500 sq. ft. with an additional 300 sq. ft. of outdoor living area.  
The carriage house enjoys it's own private access. Enjoy lounging on the private lower deck reading  
or napping during the day and in the evening enjoy the sunset over Point Loma from the upper deck.  
Complete kitchen with cook top and microwave/convection oven and granite countertops. Beautiful  
hardwood floors and plenty of light through the two sets of french doors and numerous windows.  
Tastefully decorated in a french country style.  NON-SMOKING.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer and Dryer are available on-site; 32 in. flat screen cable TV. Maid  
service is available at an additional cost. Free internet access.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy golf, tennis, sailing and more without leaving the island. From this central location you can  
enjoy all this beautiful island has to offer. With a short drive over the bridge or a ferry ride across  
San Diego Bay, you will be in downtown San Diego where you can enjoy a ball game at Petco Park or  
dining and shopping in the famed Gaslamp District.

Weekly rates available upon request. 
50% due 60 days prior to arrival. 
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 
$900 refundable security deposit. 
$100 Cleaning fee.
