5 nights during peak times of Christmas, New Years, month of March. Non-peak is October and November
and is $200 per night for up to six people. Minimum 3-night stay during non-peak. All other times,
rate is $250 per night based on six-person occupancy. Extra pet charge of $10 per night, plus added
pet security deposit.
