Madelene the property owner was very pleasant to deal with. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner prior to booking. Once we arrived in Florida she made the unit available immediately. She met us on site gave us a tour of the property and the amenities in this gated community. All which made for a comfortable stay. The unit was as described with no surprises. It was clean and very well kept. And Madelene was very helpful in directing us to various popular and renowned restaurants in the area. The location is safe and very convenient to the airport and Busch Gardens.

Recommended for: families with teenagers

More than what we expected

This rental was excellent. The neighborhood shocked us at how hip it was and historic, with numerous restaurants, etc. all in walking distance. There was a great Publix/Greenwise supermarket a block away. The layout is great since the two very large, equally sized bedrooms (both with their own baths) are on opposite sides of the apartment, with the kitchen and living room in the middle. The bathrooms in the apartment seemed super spacious. Everything exceeded our expectations. There is a huge courtyard with a beautiful pool and nice vegetation.

The greatest thing about the place was the owner, Madelyn, who personally met us and helped us into the apartment and showed us everything. She is really, really nice and very, very interesting. She made the entire process more than pleasant. The only possible drawback I can think of was the distance between the parking garage and the unit, but the parking space was assigned and it was the closest one to the apartment. And, to be honest, the walk was really, really nice by the pool and the foliage, and our son loved the walk and would always play with a big standing Geiko statue by the pool. It was "our" thing.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Best place to stay in Tampa!!!

I just want to start off by saying that this property is fantastic!!!! B E A U T I F U L condo and area and VERY big. We stayed over a long weekend and we loved it. There's a lot to do in this area and it has a college-y kind of atmosphere....but don't let that scare you away!!! It is not loud or crazy or anything like that....but if you want to go outside for a couple minute walk there are nice restaurants and bars and shopping. Plus the pool is 20 feet away from the condo. Madelyn is a pleasure to work with and we have stayed in her other places before (but this one is definitely the nicest so far). She is available anytime that I have needed her and she's very accommodating because my gf works late at night which means by the time we get to Tampa it's always after 1am and she takes care of EVERYTHING we need. I can't wait to go back and I would not even dream of ever staying in a hotel again. We go to Tampa frequently and we normally stay at Hard Rock so we aren't staying at some cheap hotel. This beats it hands down!!!
*Private parking with a clicker to get in the garage(so nice)
*Fast wifi internet (faster than my home connection...I'm jealous)
*Beautiful Hi-Def TV's in every room along with HD cable boxes and DVD players if you are staying in
*Full kitchen with all appliances and utensils
*HUGE bathrooms
*Comfortable beds and lots of space to put clothes
*Back of condo is near an exit of the property which made coming and going with the truck very easy.
*Extremely clean!

Do yourself a favor....stay here. Trust me. You'll thank me. Tell Madelyn Dave and Samantha sent you ;)
