Spring 2010 is right around the corner.  Our rates beginning on Feb 27, 2010 are $395 to $475 a week until May 22, 2010.  See Rate Schedule for the rate you are interested in.

Did you think a Gulf Shores vacation was out of reach because of the
high cost of renting a condo? Well, we hope we have solved that
problem!  If you come this summer you will be enjoying
the beach and a fresh, clean and elegant condo. We have tried to make
it so you will be happy you chose us and will have life long memories
of coming to Gulf Shores and getting more than your money's worth.

We are located directly across the street from the beach and have
deeded access onto the beach. 3 minutes after walking out the front
door you are setting up for a great day on the beach. We love the
condos that are directly on the beach but by paying 1/2 to 1/3 the
price the 3 minutes is a small amount of time to save a whole lot of
money. You'll need the money anyway for all the great restaurants,
shopping and entertaining you'll be doing.

Our main purpose for having a condo is to have an awesome excuse for
coming to the beach. We love it and if you are checking out Gulf
Shores you must love the beach too. Our condo has a queen size bed
and a full size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper
sofa in the living room.

Everything you will need is provided in our place except for food and
clothing. We'll leave that up to you. You will be parking underneath
the condo and no long walks to a hot car! There is room for 2
vehicles in your assigned space. You don't even have to use your car
to go to a number of restaurants. We have 6 or 7 local favorites all
within walking distance of the condo. The local shops are also
within walking distance and we have wide walking lanes to avoid the
traffic.

We offer the personal touch that you can't get from a realtor renting
units. We respond quickly and will answer almost any question. (We
may not know the answer). We look forward to hearing from you.

Must be 25 or older to rent. No pets allowed.
