Vacation Rental Description

Aloha & thank you for your interest in our oceanfront vacation 
suite, the Lanikeha "Legendary Part of Heaven".  The Lanikeha is 
located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean & 
beach front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the 
fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian 
Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful 
Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from 
Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu; 
where the Ko’olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community 
of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very 
different from the high rise retail/ tourist center of Waikiki. With 
hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of 
yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern 
pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Lanikeha "Legendary Part of Heaven" is a direct oceanfront 
vacation rental suite on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers 
impressive views from one end of Hauula bay to the other with the 
beautiful Koolau Mountains beyond. This is a spacious (1,200+ sf 
living area) one bedroom, one bath suite with porcelain tile & 
marble floors throughout.  The Lanikeha features a complete and open 
kitchen with a granite top bar, stove/range, microwave, fridge, and 
all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals.  The 
adjacent dining area has a table/seating for four.  The living area, 
with the feel of a tropical atrium, is richly decorated with warm 
tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys breath-taking ocean 
views.  There is a queen size sleeper sofa and a love seat in the 
living room in addition to a separate conversation area with seating 
for four.  The bedroom area is furnished with elegant and tropical 
teak furniture and a queen size mahogany sleigh bed with new ultra 
plus pillow top mattress.  The bath features marble floors, double 
washbasins, a jetted tub, and a unique moss rock wall enclosure. The 
bedroom area has a tropical ceiling fan although it is rarely needed 
as this suite enjoys cool ocean breezes year around.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy relaxing on the direct ocean front decks which open up to the 
blue South Pacific Ocean only 20 feet away.  Your private deck area 
has an outdoor dining table with seating for four overlooking the 
ocean. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the 
grassy yard. Watch spectacular sunrises while soaking 
in a six man sunk-in hot tub (in adjacent oceanfront deck). Stroll 
down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some 
great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some 
adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as 
the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, 
Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, 
Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style 
towns on Oahu. Come enjoy your Hawaii vacation directly on the beach
