The Lanikeha is located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean & beach front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from
Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu; where the Koolau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail/ tourist center of Waikiki. With hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.

The Lanikeha "Legendary Part of Heaven" is a direct oceanfront vacation rental suite on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers impressive views from one end of Hauula bay to the other with the beautiful Koolau Mountains beyond. This is a spacious (1,200+ sf living area) one bedroom, one bath suite with porcelain tile & marble floors throughout. The Lanikeha features a complete and open
kitchen with a granite top bar, stove/range, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The adjacent dining area has a table/seating for four. The living area, with the feel of a tropical atrium, is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size sleeper sofa and a love seat in the living room in addition to a separate conversation area with seating for four. The bedroom area is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture and a queen size mahogany sleigh bed with new ultra plus pillow top mattress. The bath features marble floors, double washbasins, a tub, and a unique moss rock wall enclosure. The bedroom area has an independently controlled air conditioning system and tropical ceiling fan although it is rarely needed as this suite enjoys cool ocean breezes year around.

3 nights or more     $199.99

5 nights or more     $174.99

7 nights or more     $149.99

We charge a flat rate of $1,540.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday.  This rate covers up to 7 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate.  Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29.  Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $3,080.00 and cover up to 14 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

TERMS:

All rates quoted are based upon two (2) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.

Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over two (2) person occupancy up to a maximum of four (4) people, including children over 1 year of age.

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered through owner's secure online reservations system.

Add a $80.00 one-time cleaning fee to all reservations.
