Beautiful Potrero Hill Home with Spectacular View of SF Bay in San Francisco

This beautiful house is located on a sunny, quiet, level, dead-end
street near the top of Potrero Hill minutes from the financial
district and many of the great sites of San Francisco. The house
features breathtaking panoramic views of the San Francisco bay, 4
skylights, full balconies on each floor, abundant parking and a
single garage. A spacious three level home, it is a perfect home-base
for your vacation or business travel. The master bedroom has a
comfortable queen bed with awesome views from the pillow tops. The
guest bedroom which is towards the front of the house is furnished
with two twin beds and looks onto the peak of Potrero Hill. Foldout
beds are available for additional guests.

The spacious living room has a brick fireplace and vaulted ceilings.
The balcony off this main floor is equipped with a Japanese style
hibachi for delightful sunset barbeque's. The dining room and kitchen
are elevated and contemporary. The kitchen also has a breakfast table
overlooking the front of the house. The bathroom upstairs has fresh
towels for your bath or shower. There is a private washer and dryer
in the laundry room on the first floor.

The house is located just feet from the park at the end of the
street, which offers plenty of peace and tranquility from the
sometimes hectic streets to San Francisco. The Potrero Hill
Recreation Center is located in the park, and offers a new children's
playground, tennis courts and basketball courts, as well as stunning
views of the SF Bay. We have bicycles available to our more
adventurous guests (please inquire). Bus lines are just a block away.
This gentrified neighborhood features upscale quality grocery stores,
charming restaurants, eclectic shops and artsy cafes. This home, with
its stunning views, is conveniently located just minutes from the
heart of this world class, cosmopolitan city and all it has to offer.
