On the sand. The only complex in Huntington Beach located on the sand. Just steps from Main Street 
and all the nightlife, restaurants, and the pier. Views of whitewater from every room. Pool and 
private 2 car parking and space for other cars and friends. One of only six 3 bedroom units in the 
complex. Enjoy some of the best waves in Southern California. Surfers paradise. Modern updated unit 
with plenty of room for friends. Well ventalated unit with great breezes.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sleeps nine (more if needed). Whitewater views from every room. Microwave, toaster oven, BBQ, 
community pool, gated community, beach chairs, LCD TV in Living Room, sterio, TV in 2 bedrooms. 2 
car private parking with plenty of room for guest parking. Dining room table fits 8 with bar height 
chairs to enjoy your meals and the view. Bike path right in front of our building.

Activities and Attractions

Surf, swim, skimboard at the beach. Sun, ride, walk on the boardwalk. Fish or people watch on the 
peir. Nap all day in the breeze. Eat, shop and enjoy Main Street. Bars clubs and nightlife. 5 miles 
or 8 minutes to Newport Beach. 10 miles to Fasion Island. 15-20 miles to Laguna Beach.
