Wake up and walk out the patio doors to enjoy your breakfast on one of our decks which over look the
gently flowing river. Our 980 sq.ft mobile home is located on a quiet channel of the Tippecanoe
River. We are minutes from Lake Shafer and approx. 7 miles by water and 15 minutes by land to Indiana
Beach. We as Grandparents enjoy entertaining our grandchildren of all ages on the river as well as
look forward to quiet time alone. Our dock is ample to sit and fish as well as secure your boat or
our paddle boat which is included. There is also swimming for all ages and we are a perfect location
for a float trip down the River. Our home is easily located off Indiana State Road 16 near the
Buffalo Bridge at Buffalo, Indiana. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood on the river with a
lovely shady yard perfect to play croquet,or horseshoes which we provide and to sit to roast hot dogs
around the fire pit. We'll supply the wood. You might enjoy rocking on the deck or sunbathing in
recliners.We have 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 full with floor space for the provided king size air
mattress. All linens provided. The kitchen is filled with dishes, pots and pans, a microwave,
dishwasher and coffee pot. Every convenience of home. Don't worry about staying in a mobile home. You
will be pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, open concept and decor. If you are looking for a
relaxing vacation, you have come to the right place!
