Reservation Requirements / 50% of the total rental fee required in advance to hold a reservation, balance due fourteen days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit / A $500 deposit charged to a credit card number is required with each reservation when checking in and returned within 48 hours of departure.

Cancellation / If guest cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date, guest advance payment will be forfeited unless the property is rerented for the same time period.

Sales Tax 7.4%, Credit Card Fee 2.5% with each transaction.
