private off street neighborhood, quiet and no traffic. A wonderful vacation property within walking 
distance of the Broadmoor Hotel and Cheyenne Canyon State Park and about six miles to downtown 
Colorado Springs.

Well behaved pets welcome, small enclosed yard 

No smoking or loud parties in the entire home or risk losing your deposit
Must be 25 years old (some exceptions) unless accompanied by an adult

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rate: $285 per night,2 night minimum,+7.4% tax, double occupancy,additional guest $25/day   
Weekly rate: $250 per night or $1750 weekly, +7.4% tax, double occupancy, additional guest $100/week
Children under 12 years of age $10/day, $50/week 

Deposit: 
A $500 deposit is required. The deposit may be Personal Checks,Wire Transfer,Money Order,Cashier 
Check,American Express/Visa/MasterCard (2.9% fee), A credit card number is required when making your 
reservation.  Full payment is required when checking in. 

Cancellation: 
Reservations may be cancelled, or stays shortened, up to 14 days prior to arrival; cancellations or 
shortened stays will be charged if made within 14 days of check-in.
