pools, play ground, beautiful sugar white beach, blue-green waters of
the Gulf of Mexico and minutes from St. Joseph State Park.  Enjoy lazy
days relaxing on the beach, strolling the neighborhood or sitting on
the deck overlooking the well stocked fishing pond while watching the
wildlife.  Or head out for a day of biking on the Cape's 2 mile bike
path, playing a set of tennis, swimming in one of 2 pools on the property,
fishing, snorkeling, shell collecting, hiking or biking in the state
park, or one of many other activities available on the Cape!  

Dine in utilizing the fully stocked kitchen, or have an evening out at
one of the great restaurants on the Cape or in nearby Port St. Joe,
Apalachicola, Mexico Beach or Panama City.  

Gated community is safe and family oriented.  Loads of fun for the
entire family!

Winter:  Dec. 1 -  Feb. 28   -    $600/week; $300/3 nights; $1200/monthly

A refundable damage deposit of $100 is required for all rentals.
