double-sized bed in the 1st bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. Island Vista is
situated in the village of Summerland with its famous restaurants, antique shops, boutique shopping,
and only 4 miles to downtown Santa Barbara.
Guests are only 4 miles to celebrity-studded Montecito and 7 miles to downtown Santa Barbara.
Personal concierge service* can arrange additional activities or transportation as well, including
tours of the California's Central Coast wine country.
A trip to the beach is easy from Island Vista; we provide beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach
towels, and lounge chairs.
Dine in style and relax in the sunshine on the Island Vista’s beautiful deck, featuring seated
dining for 4-6, chaise lounge chairs, and a brand new gas barbecue grill. Or enjoy the beautiful
