Indian Rocks Beach on a barrier Island just off Florida’s west coast. We are centrally located  
between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. We are just a 25 minute drive to Tampa International Airport  
and a 30 minute drive to Busch Gardens. Disney and Sea World in Orlando are just about 1 ½ hours  
away.  
 
For about the same price of a hotel room you can get so much more for your money. Beach Palms  
features 2 and 3 bedroom condos with a view of beach. Each condo will have a private balcony  
overlooking the beach. This property offers secure entryways, elevators, and a heated pool. Each  
condo will have all the comforts of home such as a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer  
inside the condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beach Palms features 2 and 3 bedroom condos with a view of beach. Each condo will have a private

April 12, 2008 to September 5, 2008 - $1200 per week 
September 6, 2008 to December 19, 2008 - $900 per week 
December 20, 2008 to February 27, 2009 - $1200 per week 
February 28, 2009 to April 17, 2009 - $1550 per week 
April 18, 2009 to September 11, 2009 - $1200 per week 
September 12, 2009 to December 18, 2009 - $900 per week 
 
Add 10% for holiday weeks (Easter, 4th of July, Christmas, New Years) 
There is a $110 departure fee for departure cleaning, phone and administration 
12% Florida tax not included
