Sea Dreams - Beach House in Rio de Janeiro

Situated on the Atlantic Ocean with Sandy Beachs and Fabulous Breezes right out your front door,
built in 1991, is very private within its own compound walls. OceanFront House on a total of 180' on
the ocean and the house is centered in a half acre of land. Tiled floors and Brasilian wood
throughout. Every room has a ceiling fan. Living and dining areas and all bedrooms have oceanviews.
On the first floor is the kitchen, living room and dining area, in addition to two bedrooms, a bath
and office. The upstairs master bedroom has it's own balcony and private bathroom. There's also a
fourth bedroom with bath on second floor. All bedrooms have new double beds. In the courtyard where
the pool is located there is a covered grilling area great for entertaining. We have outdoor tables
and chairs to accommodate 8 people. There's a bathroom and shower next to the pool.

Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Cooking utensils provided, Private Pool, Private
Parking, Charcoal Grill (BBQ), Beach Chairs, Hammock, Pool Table and Lounge Chairs.

Marica is a sleepy little coastal town just 45min from the heart of Rio de Janeiro. Offering the
best of both worlds, it provides residents with the tranquility of a small fishing village and also
easy access to Brasil's second largest city less than an hour away. An excellent location for those
looking for a quiet and friendly "home away from home". Enjoy the calm serenity of the areas
numerous lakes, the grand beauty of it's miles of open ocean beaches or trek into the nearby
mountains to spend the day lounging in the natural pools of the local water falls and exploring the
miles or trails. Within 2 hours is Buzios, the quaint seaside town made famous by Bridget Bardot who
visited there in the 70's to escape her fans. For those who like peaceful surroundings, our beach
home at Guaratiba which is located just 10 minutes from the town of Marica, is the perfect place to
relax and unwind. Within walking distance or a short drive, there are small cafes, grocery stores, a
fresh vegetable market and bakery.

Minimum stay is 7 nights.
Low Season: $980/week for up to 4 people.
Mid Season: $1260/week for up to 4 people.
High Season: $1540/week for up to 4 people.
Carnival and New Years - $2500/week, 7-10 night for up to 4 people.
