La Jolla house (2600 sq. ft) with views of the ocean, beach, bay, Sea World, and downtown. Watch Sea  
World’s summer fireworks show nightly from this house. This furnished house is clean and in excellent  
condition: first time as a rental. It is in an upscale neighborhood and located between Pacific  
Beach/Sea World (1-2 miles), downtown La Jolla (2 miles) and San Diego’s best beaches. 3-4 large  
bedrooms (family room can be an used as an optional 4th bedroom suite), 2 1/2 bathrooms, patio with  
barbecue, lush grassy yard areas, 1 fireplace, 1 wood burning stove, 3 TVs with cable (living room,  
family room, master bedroom), washer/dryer, 1 blow-dryer, full size kitchen with frig, stove, oven,  
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, pots/pans & much more. Sleeps 9  
(1 CA king bed, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin, 1 sleeper sofa) and a portable crib. Supplies such as all  
linens/towels, hand/body soap, dishwasher & washing machine soap and starter paper products are  
provided. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Still available Monday, June 30 - Thursday, July 3 (3 nights= $600.00) July 7-17 (9 nights for  
$2000.00)  AND July 29-August 7 (9 nights for $2000.00) 
 
OR 1800.00 a week / $275.00 a night 
 
 
There is $200.00 cleaning fee and $300.00 refundable security deposit.
