Guest enter the home on the second or upper level and its open
balcony overlooks the main living area below. Off the balcony
overlook are two bedrooms. One is a mini master suite with a queen
size bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains
two full size beds. Both bedrooms upstairs share a hollywood
bathroom with a shower tub. The downstairs is designed with an open
floor plan and includes a living room with a gas log fireplace,
dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, and laundry room. Directly
off the living room is another mini master suite with a queen size
bed and access to a full size shower bath.

Guests have access to several exterior features of the home. Enjoy
relaxing in the outdoor living room within the large sunroom or relax
on the massive 1,000 sq ft deck that overlooks the lake. The deck is
furnished with a complete patio set that includes outdoor dining,
several lounge chairs, an oversized hammock, and gas grill.
Nature lovers and children will enjoy observing and exploring the
adjacent lakefront vacant lot that is filled with wildlife (birds,
fowl,
and occasionally deer). Water lovers will enjoy access to a large
and private two well dock with an attached swim dock and ladder. The
boat slips can be rented for $15.00 per day.
This 1,900 sq ft home is available year around and has several
desirable amenities. They include central heating/air, dish network
TV, VDCR, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels, and an iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, range,
microwave, side by side refrigerator, and ice-maker. Other
inclusions
are weekly trash service, plenty of open parking, and access to the
home laundry room.

This special property is just 30-40 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.

Nightly Rental Rates:

Off-Season (Labor Day - April)...............$180.00/night.
In-Season (May - June).......................$334.80/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)...............$360/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 NIghts 20%!

Rates are based on a 8 person occupancy. Additional guests will be
charged $25 per night.

On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day.  Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning fee - $110 and Processing Fee $30.  2 Hour Early Arrival/Late Departure fee - $75.  This property is Pet Friendly - $25 per day per pet charge - 2 pet limit.

This property has a $400 refundable damage deposit.
