cable television, cooking utensils and all linens provided. Marble
flooring throughout, beautifully decorated with fantasia shutters.
Parking area for your jet skis, boats, and other watercraft within
sight. Pool and patio area are complimented by gas grills for
cookouts. Panoramic water view from the balcony of the ocean,
harbor,
east pass, and the pool. Watch the fleet come in and the perpetual
parade of beautiful yachts from the private balcony.

This retreat offers a wide variety of activities, attractions, and
services. It is located within sight and walking distance of the
best scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing in the area. In addition,
you can easily take advantage of the most popular sailboat and glass
bottom boat cruises offered in Destin. Water taxi service is
available to all the fine resturants of Destin, to the endless
shopping that awaits, and to the adventurous night life. We are
located very close to "Big Kahuna's" and many other 'hot spots'.

WINTER: $1250 monthly or $350 weekly
SPRING: $ 850 weekly $1099 for spring break
SUMMER: $1300 weekly
FALL: $ 699 weekly for October, November, & December
