Vacation Rental Description

This house is well equipped. Just bring your groceries! We just finished renovations and the house  
is tastefully decorated. There are 5  
bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has two full floors. The main floor has an large open Living Room,  
Dining Room area, the kitchen, the master bedroom with a private bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share  
1 bathroom. The lower level (cool all summer) has a bar area (NOT stocked), a living area, 2  
bedrooms & a bathroom. The sliding glass doors open up the the backyard oasis!!! Not only is there  
an in-ground pool, but a relaxing hammock overlooking the private lake! You might want to just relax  
in either of the the 2 adirondack chairs and throw stones in the water! This lake allows for non- 
motorized boats. 
Fish, hunt  or RELAX in the Pocono 
Mountains in Bushkill, Pennsylvania.  
We've all heard about how romantic the Poconos can be, right?  Well  
it’s great fun for EVERYONE and only about 80 miles from NYC!  You could  
be here in 2 hours! 
Ready to leave the hustle and bustle of city life?  Come to and stay at our Vacation Oasis 
and watch deer feeding 10 yards from you and birds fluttering right 
overhead! 
Kids will have loads of fun playing on the slides and swings at the 
clubhouse and adults will enjoy the sauna and fitness room in the 
clubhouse. 
If you like to swim, the Rec center is 3 miles down the road where you'll find our indoor or outdoor  
(seasonally only) pools or in a short 3 minute walk is our private community lake. The lake has a  
pavillion with picnic tables, a sandy beach, a fishing dock a playground and bathroom facilities. 
Like to BBQ? Take your pick - on the deck at the house on our brand 
new BBQ, 
at the clubhouse or up at the lake! 
After all of that fun, make your way back to this lovely home and  
let the 
warmth of the woodstove fireplace sooth you or cool off in the air conditioning.

gas BBQ grill and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, we provide bed 
linens and towels for an additional cost.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for "Pass Times" 2008 Season:  
 
Weekly   (Friday 5pm to Friday 1pm)       $850-$1600                
Weekends (Friday 12pm to Sunday 11am)      $575-$700 (2 Nights!) 
Weekends (Friday 12pm to Monday 11am)      $700-$825 (3 Nights!) 
 
Midweek special: $185 per night (3 nights minimum) 
 
June-September we are renting on a weekly basis. Exceptions apply

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, President's Day,  
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day call for rates. 
$200.00 Deposit (Fully refundable)$90.00 cleaning fee and $70 for the sheets & towel service
