Completely furnished kitchen with service for 8,pots, pans, coffeepot, can opener, toaster, etc.
Full size appliances - refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove. All linens and towels
provided. Extra large shower with hand held and rain head (teak stool in shower). Two televisions,
one with built in VCR and one with a DVD player. Spacious closet and an armoire. Lots of drawer
space. Books and various games are provided. Coffee/Tea/hot chocolate provided.

Many wineries within the area and many antique shops. Eight miles to the charming village of Arroyo
Grande, eight miles to Santa Maria for shopping at Macy's etc. Ten miles to Pismo Beach, twenty
miles to San Luis Obispo. Several golf courses. Fifty miles to Hearst Castle. Close to Oceano
Sand Dunes.

Party of 1-2 $150 per night. l-5 $185 per night. 9% County Bed Tax. Minimum of 3 nights, maximum
of 3 weeks. Weekly rates negotiable. Master card, Visa, Discover cards accepted. 9% County bed
tax. Special introductory rate of $150 for 1-2 persons for one night if you book for 7 nights,
special rate of $175 for one night for party of 3-5 if you book for 7 nights. This offer will
