on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a secure gated community! You will be
issued a dated pass upon entering the Guard Shack. Watch
dolphins, jumping fish and manatee while you dine on the lanai
overlooking the lovely north Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy breathtaking
sunsets in the evening.
This second floor unit is decorated accordingly. The complete
Kitchen has new appliances and an eat-at bar that seats five. The
Living Room has luxurious beige seating, and a beautiful wall unit
that houses the TV and DVR.
The Master Bedroom Suite is filled with a King Bed. There is plenty
of closet and drawer space. A second TV and VCR & DVD player are
here for your convenience. The Master Bath has double sinks, linen
closet, additional storage space, jacuzzi bath and shower and full
mirrored closet.
The Second Bedroom has a double bed, spacious closet, tv.   The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed that has a trundle, turns into a king size bed.  A large Washer and Dryer are in a closet door. Central air and heat, local telephone service, and extended basic  internet connection plus are ready for your use. Bring your tennis rackets and your swim suits. Modern courts are on the premises. The pool is heated and always exceptionally
clean. The double decks are equipped with lounge chairs and tables.
The Gulf is within a few feet of the pool. There is a long nature
trail and a private beach with BBQs and picnic tables. You may use
my underground parking space. We have a boat dock available.
Golfing, Shopping, Water Sports, Disney World, Busch Gardens and a
Theater and more recreation are nearby.

May 1st - October 31st OFF PEAK SEASON- $1600.00/mo

November 1st - April 30th PEAK SEASON - $2,300/mo

There is a 9% Florida sales tax that will be added onto the rental fee.  There is also a $90.00 cleaning fee that will be due. 

Occupancy is from the first to the last day of each month.
A $500  security deposit is required to be sent to my paypal account.   This deposit will be returned to you IF you do not cancel the reservation and you leave the condo in the condition it was in when you rented it. 

Full rental payment along with the $90.00 cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to check in using a money order or cashiers check only.
