Vacation Rental Description

Rent this beautiful, well maintained 3 Bed/2 Bath Condo located right on the Gulf of Mexico. This  
is a secure gated community! You will be issued a dated pass upon entering the Guard Shack.  Watch  
dolphin, jumping fish and manatee while you dine on the lanai overlooking the lovely north Gulf of  
Mexico.  Enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the evening. 
 
This second floor unit is decorated accordingly.  The complete Kitchen has new appliances and an  
eat-at bar that seats five. The Living Room has luxurious beige seating, and a beautiful wall unit  
that houses the TV, VCR, and DVD. 
 
The Master Bedroom Suite is filled with a King Bed. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. A  
second TV and VCR  & DVD player are here for your convenience. The Master Bath has double  
sinks, linen closet, additional storage space, jacuzzi bath and shower and full mirrored closet.  
 
The Second Bedroom has a double bed, spacious closet, tv with dvd player and vcr player. 
The den has a blue futon sofa that turns into a fullsize bed. 
 
A large Washer and Dryer are hidden behind closet door. Central air and heat, local telephone  
service, and basic internet connection plus  are ready for your use. Bring your tennis rackets and  
your swim suits. Modern courts are on the premises. The pool is heated and always exceptionally  
clean. The double decks are equipped with lounge chairs and tables. The Gulf is within a few feet of  
the pool. There is a long nature trail and a private beach with BBQs and picnic tables. You may use  
my underground parking space.  We have a boat dock available. Golfing, Shopping, Water Sports,  
Disney, Theater and more recreation are nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 1st  - October 31st       $1980.00/mo (This includes sales tax required by Florida) 
            November 1st  - April 30th    $2,140/mo (This includes sales tax required by Florida) 
 
Occupancy is from the first to the last day of each month.  
 
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.  
 
Full payment, plus a $500 security deposit and a $75 cleaning fee is payable 30 days prior to  
occupancy.  No refund if occupancy is not taken.
